Prior to joining our team in 2013, Guillaume CARDOËN worked for an international law firm in Beijing, then for a Monegasque law firm for five years.

He also headed the European Legal Department for a Monaco-based agri-food group.

His diverse experience enables him to act on many different issues that can arise in business law matters, and in commercial litigation.

He advises on various corporate law matters such as, the incorporation of legal entities in Monaco, commercial agreements and financing. He also conducts due diligence for M&A.

Furthermore, he acts as international arbitrator in the course of disputes involving cruise companies and their crew members.
