Before joining our team in 2014, Anne ROBERT was a lecturer and a research fellow in France (University of Paris X-Nanterre La Défense), and in Germany (Potsdam University and Humboldt-University of Berlin).
Specialised in international and European law as well as in constitutional law, she also focuses on IT & data protection law.
She is involved in international administrative assistance litigation in tax matters (exchange of information), and collaborates with the other members of the firm in both advisory and litigation matters in her preferred areas.
Our team can draw on her long experience in teaching to develop training courses for our clients.
She is also responsible for writing our monthly newsletters and our legal overviews.
Anne ROBERT is a member of the Monegasque Data Protection Club and the French Association of Personal Data Protection Correspondents (Association Française des Correspondants à la protection des Données à caractère Personnel - AFDCP). and a contributor to the International Network of Privacy Law Professionals (INPLP) and the Chambers Europe guide.
