UN HRC: Report on the Third Universal Periodic Review – Monaco
The Review of Monaco took place at the 31st Session (05-12/11/2018), on 12/11/2018, based on the following documents pursuant to HRC Resolutions 5/1 and 16/21:
- National Report (A/HRC/WG.6/31/MCO/1);
- Compilation of UN information, Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) (A/HCR/WG.6/31/MCO/2) ;
- Summary of Stakeholders’ submissions on Monaco, OHCHR (A/HCR/WG.6/31/MCO/3).
The first and second cycle UPRs took place on 04/05/2009 and 28/10/2013.
In its Report of 17/08/2018, Monaco reported on the implementation of the recommendations of the Report of the Working Group on the 2nd UPR of 03/01/2014 (A/HCR/25/12):
