New list of high risk countries for money laundering, terrorist financing and corruption
Ministerial Order no. 2023-413 of 7 July 2023 (JDM no. 8651 of 14 July 2023) amending Ministerial Order no. 2021-703 of 8 November 2021, updates the list of States or territories whose anti-money laundering, combating the financing of terrorism or combating corruption systems are strategically deficient (high-risk States or territories) pursuant to Article 14-1 of Act 1.362 of 3 August 2009, in accordance with FATF and EU decisions.
Added to the national list: Cameroon, Croatia, Vietnam.
Removed from the national list: Nicaragua, Pakistan, Zimbabwe.
