Issue of documents (civil status, administrative) in Monaco's diplomatic or consular chancelleries: increase in rates from 1st November 2024
Sovereign Order no. 10.821 of 5 September 2024 (JDM no. 8712 of 13 September 2024) amends Sovereign Order no. 15.881 of 22 July 2003 fixing the rate of sovereign chancery fees, as amended, Chancery fees will be increased by €10 from 1st November 2024.
Note: Chancery fees (document costs) are used to remunerate the heads of consular posts. They may in fact "retain, by way of fees and office and representation expenses, the chancery fees that they collect in accordance with the tariff set by sovereign ordinance’" (article 4 of Sovereign Order no. 862 of 9 December 1953 on the organisation of consulates).
